4. Military Technical Officer School (Vin-Hem Pich).
5. Military College of Culture and Arts
6. National Defense Industry College.

According to Clause 8, Article 1 of Circular 51/2022/TT-BQP stipulating on schools that enroll students for training in schools in the Army of Vietnam:

"Article 1. Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular No. 59/2021/TT-BQP dated June 11, 2021 of the Minister of National Defense stipulating and guiding the implementation of enrollment in schools in Army

8. To amend and supplement Article 38 as follows:
“Article 38. Enrollment training schools
1. Air Force Officer School.
2. Chemical Defense Officer School.
3. Special Forces Officer School.
4. Military Technical Officer School (Vin-Hem Pich).
5. Military College of Culture and Arts
6. National Defense Industry College.
7. Military Technical College 1.

Subjects, criteria and records of admission to schools in the Army of Vietnam in 2022?

According to Article 39 of Circular 59/2021/TT-BQP of Vietnam stipulating that schools enroll training:

"Article 39. Subjects, criteria and enrollment documents
1. Objects
a) Non-commissioned officers and soldiers currently serving in the army in accordance with the law on military service, having served in the army for 12 months or more (as of April of the year of enrollment); professional soldiers, workers and defense officers who have served the Army for 12 months or more (as of September of the enrollment year). Number of registered candidates according to the quota allocated to each unit.
b) Industries and professions that recruit women to train professional and technical staff for the Army: medicine, pharmacy, mechanics, information technology, information, cipher, cooking, finance. Based on staffing needs, recruitment quotas are allocated annually; The recruitment unit goes to training in accordance with the usage plan.
2. Standards of politics, ethics, culture, age and health
a) Politics, ethics and culture: Comply with the provisions of Articles 13 and 14 of this Circular. Particularly, the classification of conduct (practice) in the upper secondary school years or equivalent must achieve good or higher; Academic grades in high school years or equivalent must be average or higher.
b) Age: From 18 to 27 years old (as of the year of admission).
c) Health:
- Recruit candidates with points 1 and 2 according to the provisions of Joint Circular No. 16/2016/TTLT-BYT-BQP according to the following criteria: Physical strength; eye; ear, nose and throat; maxillofacial; Medical; neuropsychology, surgery; dermatology and obstetrics and gynecology (for women); is taken to health score 3 on teeth.
- Candidates who have permanent residence for 3 years or more in the region 1, islands, and the South (from Quang Tri province onwards) and the candidates are from ethnic minorities; Taken to health score 3 in fitness.
Particularly for the performing arts training courses of the Military University of Culture and Arts; Every year, based on the assigned targets, the University develops health criteria suitable for each subject and reports it to the Head of the Military Admissions Committee of the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam for approval and implementation."
