The pilot scheme for examination of leadership positions at provincial Vietnam Social Security offices shall be implemented according to the scheme approved by the Central Organization Commission and in accordance with legal provisions. The Party Committee shall base on the specific situation of each locality to consider and decide on positions for the examination.

- Head of Division, Deputy Head of Division of professional departments, Chief of Office, Deputy Chief of Office under provincial Social Security (hereinafter collectively referred to as Head of Division, Deputy Head of Division of professional departments);
