1. Re-marking of computer-based multiple-choice tests must not be condcuted.

2. In case the participant discovers errors in the evaluation question, they must write a petition immediately after the evaluation session ends and send it to the Proctor Board. The Head of the Proctor Board is responsible for reporting to the Chairman of the Council for immediate consideration and settlement after the evaluation session ends. Petitions regarding the evaluation test received after this time will not be resolved.

3. In case of identifying errors in the questions or answers, the Evaluation Council will issue a written notice regarding the participant's petition and notify the Review, Edit, and Update Board to promptly correct the question bank and answers.

Thus, the re-marking of the computer-based evaluation test on professional and operational knowledge improvement in the auditing activities of the State Audit Office of Vietnam must not be conducted.

The Question Paper Board is established by the Chairman of the Evaluation Council, tasked with assisting the Chairman in creating the evaluation test structure on the evaluation software from the question bank approved by the State Auditor General; responsible to the Chairman of the Evaluation Council for the assigned tasks.

2. Proctor Board

a) The Proctor Board is established by the Chairman of the Evaluation Council, comprising: Head of the Board, Deputy Head, invigilators, technical support staff, outside exam room supervisors, Board secretaries, and service staff.

b) Head of the Proctor Board: Responsible to the Chairman of the Evaluation Council for organizing the examination according to the regulations and rules; arranging the exam rooms and assigning tasks to the invigilators; temporarily suspending the invigilator or participants in the evaluation if there is evidence of rule violations and immediately reporting to the Chairman of the Evaluation Council for consideration and decision.

c) Deputy Head of the Proctor Board: Assists the Head in managing certain activities of the Proctor Board as assigned by the Head; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

d) Invigilators: Responsible for supervising the exam room according to the rules; maintaining order in the exam room; informing the participants of the evaluation rules; not allowing participants to leave the exam room before the end of the test time, in case of special reasons (health reasons, urgent family matters...) must report to the Head of the Proctor Board for consideration and resolution; reporting immediately to the Head in case of unusual situations for consideration and resolution; handling cases of rule violations, making records and reporting to the Head for further instructions and resolution; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

dd) Outside exam room supervisors: Maintaining order and ensuring safety outside the exam room; detecting, reminding, criticizing, and making records of rule violations in the hallway area along with the invigilator. In case of serious violations causing disorder or safety issues in the hallway area, they must immediately report to the Head for consideration and resolution; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

e) Technical support staff: Ensuring the computer systems in the exam room function properly, promptly repairing or replacing broken computers; checking the computers in the exam room before, during, and after the evaluation process; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

g) Secretary of the Proctor Board: Recording the minutes of the Proctor Board's meetings and performing other tasks as assigned by the Head; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

h) Service staff of the Proctor Board: Performing tasks assigned by the Head; responsible to the Head for assigned tasks.

Thus, the Proctor Board is established by the Chairman of the Evaluation Council, including the head of the Board, Deputy Head, invigilators, technical support staff, outside exam room supervisors, Board secretaries, and service staff who carry out the tasks as stipulated above.
