4. A fine ranging from VND 50,000,000 to VND 75,000,000 shall be imposed for illegal use of militia and self-defense forces.
5. Remedial measures: Forced execution of the decision to mobilize militia and self-defense forces to perform their duties, for violations specified in Clauses 1 and 3 of this Article.”.
