3. A fine ranging from VND 20,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 shall be imposed for opposing the implementation of the decision to mobilize militia and self-defense forces to perform tasks as prescribed by law.
4. A fine ranging from VND 50,000,000 to VND 75,000,000 shall be imposed for illegal use of militia and self-defense forces.
5. Remedial measures: Forced execution of the decision to mobilize militia and self-defense forces to perform their duties, for violations specified in Clauses 1 and 3 of this Article.”.
