How are the Market Surveillance insignia, emblem (logo) of the Market Surveillance force regulated?
Based on Article 7 of Decree 33/2022/ND-CP, the Market Surveillance insignia, emblem (logo) of the Market Surveillance force are regulated as follows:
- The Market Surveillance insignia has an outer surface in blue, a five-pointed yellow star on a red circular background in the center, a border of two yellow rice spikes along the edge, the stem of the two rice spikes attached to a half yellow cogwheel shape on which the word "QLTT" in red is arranged in an arc following the curve of the cogwheel.
- The sample of the Market Surveillance insignia is shown in Appendix I issued together with Decree 33/2022/ND-CP and is used for attachment, printing, embroidery, and casting on rank insignias on collars, nameplates, flags, market inspection cards, and on the official working vehicles of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels.

- The Market Surveillance flag is made of dark green fabric, isosceles triangle shaped with the side edges to base ratio of 5/3; the two side edges have yellow fringes, and in the center is the Market Surveillance insignia. The flag sample is shown in Appendix I issued together with Decree 33/2022/ND-CP.
- The Market Surveillance flag is hung or placed in prestigious places in the offices of the leaders of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels, in the meeting rooms, conference rooms, and conference halls of Market Surveillance agencies at all levels; it is also attached or mounted on official working vehicles of the Market Surveillance force and used in other cases as regulated by law.

- Other equipment includes: belts; leather shoes; socks; helmets; document bags.
