Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 16 and 17 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in Early Childhood Education, promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT stipulating the admissions plan and organization directly register and consider for admission according to the enrollment regulations in Vietnam of the Ministry of Education and Training, according to which:

- Based on the general plan, the training institution shall develop a plan for direct admission, an early enrollment plan for a number of separate enrollment methods and a plan for additional admissions (if any).
- Based on the announced enrollment scheme, the training institution organizes for candidates who are eligible for direct admission as prescribed in Article 8 of this Regulation to apply online or in person at training facilities.
- The training institution organizes direct admission for qualified candidates and announces the results according to the general plan.
- Directly admitted candidates can confirm admission early (when eligible), or follow the general plan like other candidates; Training institutions may not require candidates to confirm admission earlier than the generally planned schedule.
- Directly admitted candidates who have not yet confirmed their admission can still use the right to apply for admission on the general system to have more chances of being admitted like other candidates.

Priority points according to enrollment regulations in Vietnam from 2022?
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in Early Childhood Education, promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, stipulating the priority policy in enrollment, accordingly:
- Priority by region (according to Annex I of the Regulation)
+ Priority points applied to Region 1 (KV1) are 0.75 points, rural areas 2 (KV2-NT) are 0.5 points, Region 2 (KV2) are 0.25 points; area 3 (KV3) is not given priority points;
+ The enrollment area of each candidate is determined by the location of the school that the candidate has studied for the longest time during high school (or intermediate); if the study time (longest) in the same areas, it shall be determined according to the area of the school in which the candidate attended last;
+ The following cases are entitled to regional priority according to the place of permanent residence:
- Students of boarding schools for ethnic minorities are entitled to the State's priority and preferential regimes according to regulations;
- Students who have permanently resided (during high school or intermediate school) for more than 18 months in zone III communes and communes with extremely difficult villages in ethnic and mountainous areas according to the Minister's regulations. Chairman of Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs and Prime Minister; particularly difficult communes in coastal and island areas; extremely difficult communes, border communes, communes in safe zones, which are eligible for investment under Program 135 (according to Decision No. 135/QD-TTg dated July 31, 1998 of the Prime Minister); especially disadvantaged villages and communes in the areas prescribed by the Prime Minister if they attend high school (or intermediate school) in a district, town or city directly under the province where at least one of the communes is located. particularly difficult.
- Military; Officers, non-commissioned officers and conscripts in the People's Public Security who are sent for recruitment, if they are stationed for 18 months or more in any region, they shall enjoy priority according to that region or according to their places of permanent residence before joining the army. five, whichever has higher priority; if they are stationed for 18 months or more in areas with different priority levels, they shall enjoy priority according to the regions with longer periods of stationing; if under 18 months, they will enjoy regional priority according to the place of permanent residence before enlistment;
+ From 2023, candidates will be entitled to the regional priority policy as prescribed in the year of graduating from high school (or intermediate school) and the following year.
- Priority according to policy objects (according to Appendix II of the Regulation)
+ The priority score applied to the UT1 group (including subjects 01 to 04) is 2.0 points and to the UT2 group (including subjects 05 to 07) is 1.0 points;
+ Priority points for other policy beneficiaries (defined in current legal documents) shall be decided by the Minister of Education and Training;
+ Candidates belonging to many categories of policy beneficiaries specified at points a and b of this clause will only be counted with the highest priority score.
- The priority points specified in this Article correspond to the total score of 3 subjects (in the combination of subjects for admission) on a 10-point scale for each test/exam (without multiplier); In case the enrollment method uses a different scale, the priority score will be converted to the same level.
- From 2023, priority points for candidates with a total score of 22.5 or higher (when converted to a 10-point scale and a maximum of 30 total points in 3 subjects) is determined by the following formula:
Priority points = [(30 - Total points achieved)/7.5] x Priority points specified in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article
Accordingly, for candidates taking the test with more than 22.5 points, the priority score will be reduced.
Preserving matriculation results according to enrollment regulations in Vietnam from 2022?
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in Early Childhood Education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT on reservation of matriculation results in 2023 accordingly. :
Candidates who have obtained the admission notice are entitled to reserve their admission results in the following cases:
- Going to military service or participating in youth volunteering right in the year of matriculation under a decision or order of a competent authority;
- Being seriously ill or having a serious accident, unable to attend school on time, with medical records and certification by the competent medical authority.
How to confirm admission according to enrollment regulations in Vietnam from 2022?
Pursuant to Article 21 of the Regulation on university and college enrollment in Early Childhood Education promulgated together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, stipulating admission confirmation, accordingly:
- The training institution sends the admission notice to the successful candidates, clearly stating the necessary procedures for the candidate when enrolling and the admission method of the candidate.
- Candidates confirm admission by online form on the system, before enrolling at the training institution.
