What is Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal (Internet image)
Vietnam Social Security Public Service Portal is the portal that integrates information about online public services, the situation and results of administrative procedures settlement on the basis of data integration and sharing with the industry's electronic one-stop information system.

The principles for providing information on the Social Insurance Public Service Portal include:
- Administrative procedures are simple, clear, and convenient for users.
- Publicity and transparency of information, processing time, and status of dossier settlement.
- Ensuring close coordination between social insurance agencies, organizations, and individuals in handling administrative procedures.
- Accurate and convenient in order to save time, effort, and cost for organizations and individuals; do not cause trouble, congestion in the process of solving.
- Providing online public services must ensure integrity, safety, and legality and operate continuously 24 hours a day.

- Obstructing the choice of using online public services.
- Illegally obstructing or interfering with the process of transmitting, sending, and receiving data messages.
- Illegally changing, deleting, destroying, forging, copying, disclosing, displaying, or moving part or all of data messages.
- Creating or distributing software programs that alter or sabotage the operating system or commit other acts to damage the information technology infrastructure serving the service delivery system on the Public Service Portal and the Electronic One-Stop Information System.
- Other violations as prescribed by law.
- For administrative procedures received, accepted, and handled by the social insurance agency, the receipt and return of results must be extracted from the electronic one-stop information system (the dossier number on the receipt shall comply with the provisions of Article 10 of this Regulation). It is strictly forbidden for civil servants to voluntarily create receipts outside the electronic one-stop information system to pay organizations and individuals.

- Complying with the standards specified in Chapter II, Circular 32/2017/TT-BTTTT on the provision of online public services and ensuring convenient access to websites or portals of state agencies.
- Ensuring to provide the contents specified in Clause 2, Article 16 of Circular 01/2018/TT-VPCP, which guide the implementation of a number of provisions of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP.
