- Being responsible to the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat for all the working activities of the Central Inspection Committee. Regularly maintain the working relationship of the Central Inspection Committee with the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
- Presiding over the work and meetings of the Central Inspection Committee and the Standing Committee of the Committee; proposing contents, programs, and issues that need to be discussed and resolved in order to maintain discipline and discipline in the Party; and performing the tasks and powers of the Central Inspection Committee as stipulated in the Party Charter.

Monitor the observance of the Working Regulations of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Working Regulations of the Central Inspection Committee to report to the Central Inspection Committee.
- Being provided with information according to the general regulations of the Central Government; attending all meetings of the Central Inspection Committee; discussing, voting, and together with the Committee taking responsibility before the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat for such decisions.
- Members of the Central Inspection Committee who are not members of the Central Committee are allowed to attend meetings of the Central Committee, except for those meetings of the Central Committee that need to be held separately.
