2. Organizational structure of the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Vietnam

Specifically, Clauses 1, 2, 3, 5, of Article 3 of Decree 61/2022/ND-CP stipulate the organizational structure of the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum as follows:

- Office of the Mausoleum Management Board.

The Mausoleum Management Board Office is an administrative organization that advises and assists the head of the Mausoleum Management Board, has its own seal, and has an organizational structure with 03 departments.

- Public service units

+ Ba Dinh Square Management Board;

+ Center for Science, Technology, and Environment.

- Specialized affiliated units

+ Command for the Protection of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, Ministry of National Defense;

+ Regiment 375, Guard Command, Ministry of Public Security.

3. Some tasks and powers of the Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum in Vietnam

The Management Board of President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum has a number of tasks and powers, as follows:

- About strategies, programs, and plans

+ Submit to the Government and Prime Minister strategies, programs, long-term, 5-year and annual plans, important projects, and schemes of the Mausoleum Management Board and organize implementation after approval;

+ Participate in the appraisal of schemes and projects in fields under management at the request of the Government and Prime Minister;

+ Decide on investment projects within its authority according to the provisions of law.

- Advise the Party and State on the long-term preservation and absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh's body; ensure regional security and safety; provide reception and propaganda; ensure the environmental landscape; and organize activities in areas under management.

- Regarding long-term preservation and absolute safety of President Ho Chi Minh's body; ensure the security and safety of the area

+ Carry out medical tasks to preserve and preserve President Ho Chi Minh's body for a long time;

+ Safely protect President Ho Chi Minh's body;

+ Manage, operate, and ensure infrastructure and technical systems; renovate President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, Memorial of Martyrs and Heroes, People's Reception Area, K9 Relic Area and related works;

- Regarding reception and propaganda; ensure the environmental landscape and organize activities in areas under management

+ Organize propaganda about political tasks and promote the political and cultural significance of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and related works;

+ Organize reception to serve the people and international guests to visit and commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, commemorate heroic martyrs, participate in political and cultural activities, and visit the area of President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, Monument to Martyrs, Ba Dinh Square, K9 Relic Area;

+ Chair and coordinate with Hanoi People's Committee, Ho Chi Minh Museum, President Ho Chi Minh Monument at the Presidential Palace, to guide, welcome, and organize service activities to serve the People and international visitors to visit, political and cultural activities at Ba Dinh Historical - Cultural Relics Cluster;

+ Perform state ceremonies and military ceremonies at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Martyrs' Memorial, and K9 Relic Area according to regulations;

+ Organize the production and care of flowers, ornamental plants, and decorations, and ensure an environmental landscape.
