Regarding this issue, LawNet would like to answer as follows:

1. Editorial Board of the Website of the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam

- The Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website was established by the decision of the Minister of Education and Training.

- The Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website includes the Head of the Editorial Board, Deputy Heads of the Editorial Board and members of the Editorial Board. The Director of the Information Technology Department is the Head of the Editorial Board.

Full-time editors are officers of the Department of Information Technology assigned by the Head of the Editorial Board to be responsible for website editing.

2. Duties of the Editorial Board of the Website of the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam

- Receive information and data sent by units to the Ministry's Website through the forms specified in Article 8 of this Regulation; When necessary, according to the operational requirements of the Ministry's Website as specified in this document or at the request of the leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training, units are requested to provide information and data for the Ministry's Website.

- Editing and processing news for news pages, categories, and topics.

- Guide and coordinate with officials of the units specified in Point d, Clause 1, Article 10 of this Regulation in collecting, editing, and providing information and data from the units.

- Select news to report in English on the Ministry's website.

- Synthesize visitors' opinions; report and propose timely solutions to leaders of the Ministry of Education and Training; organize exchanges and discussions on the forum of the Ministry's Website; Organize online exchanges between Ministry leaders and society.

- Organize a network of collaborators from units inside and outside the education sector to provide information about the operations of educational units and institutions under the direction of the Minister of Education and Training. .

3. Responsibilities of the Head, Deputy Heads, and Members of the Editorial Board of the Ministry of Education and Training's Website in Vietnam

- The Head of the Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website is responsible to the Minister of Education and Training for the information and data posted on the Ministry's Website on the Internet; take responsibility for developing and promulgating working regulations of the Editorial Board.

- The Deputy Heads of the Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website are responsible to the Head of the Editorial Board and the Minister for each aspect of assigned work.

- Members of the Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website perform tasks as assigned by the Head of the Ministry's Editorial Board of the Website and are responsible to the Head of the Editorial Board for carrying out assigned tasks.

- Information providers of the units specified in Point d, Clause 1, Article 10 of this Regulation are responsible for performing the tasks of collecting information and editing and sending your unit's information to the Information Technology Department; ensuring the requirements on content, time limit, and form of providing and updating information and data specified in Article 7, Article 8, and Article 9 of this Regulation and taking responsibility to the Head of the unit for carrying out assigned tasks.
