Vietnam: Methods of submitting reports on operating costs by petrol and oil traders from September 30, 2020

On August 14, 2020, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular 76/2020/TT-BTC on amendments to Joint Circular 39/2014/TTLT-BCT-BTC, Circular 38/2014/TT-BTC, and Circular 138/2007/TT-BTC.

From September 30, 2020, thematic audit reports on operating costs of petrol and oil traders; costs for transporting petrol and oil into Vietnam, costs of E5 and E10 blending; ad hoc reports and reports on review results as stipulated in Article 4 of Joint Circular 39/2014/TTLT-BCT-BTC in Vietnam can be sent via one of the following methods:

- Submit directly at the receiving agency's office;

- Send via postal service;

- Send via Fax or email to the address [email protected] (scan copy).

At the same time, reports on the Price Stabilization Fund in Vietnam and statements of transactions related to the Price Stabilization Fund deposit accounts of key traders must also be sent to the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam (Department of Price Management) and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam (Domestic Market Department) via one of the aforementioned methods.
