Vietnam: Latest List of 243 conditional business lines

This content is mentioned in the Law No. 03/2016/QH14 on amendment and supplement to article 6 and annex 4 on the list of conditional business lines stipulated in theLaw on Investment of Vietnam. According to this Law:

- Trading in firecrackers is supplemented to banned business lines;

- The Annex 4 on the List of conditional business lines is replaced with the Annex 4 attached to the Law No. 03/2016/QH14 of Vietnam.

View detailed List of 243 conditional business lines at the Law No. 03/2016/QH14 of Vietnam, which is effective from January 01, 2017. In particular, conditional business lines effective from July 01, 2017 include:

- Sale of equipment and camouflage software used for sound and video recording and positioning;

- Manufacture, assembly and import of automobiles.

The Government shall stipulate transitional provisions applicable to entities operating in sale of equipment and camouflage software used for sound and video recording and positioning and manufacture, assembly and import of automobiles.
