Vietnam: Extension of implementation time of specific financial mechanism of some state agencies

Recently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam issued Decision 11/2021/QD-TTg on the extension of time to implement the specific financial mechanism of a number of state administrative agencies and units.

According to Decision 11/2021/QD-TTg, the extension of the application period of 08 Decisions and 01 document of the Prime Minister of Vietnam until salary reform is in accordance with Resolution 27-NQ/TW:

Decision 03/2015/QD-TTg on piloting a number of specific financial mechanisms of the Central Post Office;
Decision 04/2016/QD-TTg on the application of the coefficient of adjustment of the base salary increase for civil servants, public employees and employees working at the Management Board of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park;
Decision 05/2016/QD-TTg on the management and use of the on-lending fee and guarantee fee deduction at the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam for the period 2016-2020;
Decision 13/2016/QD-TTg on the implementation of the financial and payroll management mechanism for the General Department of Taxation and the General Department of Customs in the 2016-2020 period;
Decision 32/2019/QD-TTg on a number of specific spending regimes of the Vietnam Maritime Administration;
Decision 02/2020/QD-TTg on extending the pilot period for a number of preferential regimes and specific financial mechanisms for technical staff and network information security incident response forces of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
