- Officials, workers, public employees, and laborers, military personnel, People's Public Security forces, and cipher officers currently receiving monthly pensions;- Commune, ward, and commune-level town officials as stipulated in Decree 92/2009/ND-CP, Decree 121/2003/ND-CP, and Decree 09/1998/ND-CP currently receiving pensions or monthly allowances;- Persons currently receiving monthly labor loss allowances as prescribed by law; persons currently receiving monthly allowances pursuant to Decision 91/2000/QD-TTg, Decision 613/QD-TTg, and rubber workers currently receiving monthly allowances;- Persons currently receiving monthly labor accident and occupational disease allowances.

The specific calculation formula is as follows: Benefit from July = Benefit in June x 1.0719
