This is the content of Decision 22/QĐ-TCTDB in 2023, Regulations on the organization and operation of the Prime Minister’s Special working group of the Government of Vietnam regarding research and proposing solutions related to the OECD's global minimum tax rate.
The members of the Special working group on global minimum tax rate in Vietnam include:
- Head of the working group: Deputy Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam - Mr. Le Minh Khai;
- Standing Deputy Head of the working group: Minister of Finance - Mr. Ho Duc Phoc;
- Deputy Head of the working group: Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment - Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc;
- Mr. Cao Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Finance - Member;
- Mr. Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade - Member;
- Mr. Nguyen Khanh Ngoc - Deputy Minister of Justice - Member;
- Mr. Le Xuan Dinh - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology - Member;
- Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu - Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs - Member;
- Mr. Pham Thanh Ha - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam - Member;
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh - Deputy Chairman of the Government Office - Member;
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien - Deputy Head of the Central Economic Commission - Member.
- The working group in Vietnam operates according to the principles stipulated in Article 4 of Decision 55/QD-TTg dated August 4, 2022, and this Regulation.
- The operations of the working group are carried out through meetings or by collecting written opinions from working group members and members of the Working Group.
The opinions of the working group members are the official opinions of the agencies where the working group members work.
- The working group members designate representatives from their agencies to participate in the Working Group and act as the focal point to cooperate with the Working Group to implement the tasks of the working group.
Decision 22/QD-TCTDB comes into force in Vietnam from April 14, 2023.
