Circular 105/2018/TT-BQP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 147/2016/TT-BQP stipulating the individuals holding titles and positions at State-owned enterprises managed by the Ministry of National Defense and the Representatives at joint-stock companies with state capital contribution of over 50% of the charter capital appointed by the Ministry of National Defense.

- A manager will be considered to have excellently completed their tasks if the enterprise completes 100% of the assigned tasks (currently over 110%);- A manager will be considered to have well completed their tasks if the enterprise completes from 90% to less than 100% of the assigned tasks (currently from 100% to less than 110%);- A manager will be considered to have completed their tasks if the enterprise completes from 80% to less than 90% of the assigned tasks (currently from 90% to less than 100%);- A manager will be considered to have failed to complete their tasks if the completion rate is below 80% (currently below 90%).

Circular 105/2018/TT-BQP is effective from September 8, 2018.
