According to the regulations, from January 1, 2020, the Cultural Post Office in Commune will additionally provide services for receiving applications and returning results of administrative procedures through public postal services.

In addition to the aforementioned service, the Cultural Post Office in Commune will maintain the following services:

- Basic mail services with an address, single-item weight up to 02 kg, and public newspaper distribution service according to the Decision of the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam;

- Other postal services as required by the State.

This Circular also stipulates that employees working at the Cultural Post Office in Commune are contracted and receive remuneration, and other policies based on agreements with the enterprises managing the system of Cultural Post Offices in Commune, in compliance with relevant legal provisions.
