Additional cases of revoking Professional Certificate In Pedagogy in Vietnam

Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam issued Circular 06/2022/TT-BLDTBXH dated April 6, 2022 stipulating the training program of professional pedagogy of vocational education and professional certificate in pedagogy of vocational education.

According to the Circular in Vietnam, the Professional Certificate In Pedagogy of college, intermediate, and elementary level is revoked or canceled in the following cases:

- The holder of Professional Certificate In Pedagogy of college, intermediate, and elementary level is found to be ineligible, commits frauds in studying, taking exams or in making records to be granted certificates of professional pedagogy in teaching at college, intermediate and elementary levels in Vietnam;

(Compared to the current, additional cases were found to be ineligible)

- Professional certificate in pedagogy of college level, intermediate level, or elementary level issued by an unauthorized person in Vietnam; (New content added)

- The professional certificate in pedagogy of college level, intermediate level, and elementary level has been erased or modified;

- The holder of the certificate in pedagogy of teaching the college, intermediate, and elementary levels let others use his/her certificate.

Circular 06/2022/TT-BLDTBXH takes effect from June 1, 2022, Vietnam and replaces Circulars 38/2017/TT-BLDTBXH; Circular 28/2018/TT-BLDTBXH.
