On February 10, 2019, Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam promulgating regulations on the minimum volume of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications, will take effect in Vietnam.
Circular No. 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs stipulates the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate level, college level in the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications will take effect in Vietnam from February 10, 2019.
From February 10, 2019, Circular 48/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam on the minimum amount of knowledge and the competency requirements will take effect. According to the Circular, learners must achieve after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the fields of electrical, electronic, and telecommunications engineering.
