On February 23, 2017, the Central Inspection Commission issued Official Dispatch No. 1258-CV/UBKTW regarding the report on the implementation of Regulation 55.
In order to implement the 2017 Work Program of the Politburo and the Central Secretariat, in which the Central Inspection Commission is tasked with advising on the amendment and supplementation of Regulation 55-QD/TW dated January 10, 2012, of the XI Secretariat on the inspection work of party organizations regarding the cultivation and ethical practice of officials and party members. To provide a practical basis for advising on the amendment of Regulation 55, provincial and municipal party committees, and central-affiliated party committees report the implementation results and situations according to the attached report outline.
The outline of the Implementation Report includes the following contents:
- Results and strengths in implementing Regulation 55:- Overview of the situation of party organizations and members within the party committee- Results, strengths, and causes- Results and strengths- Causes of strengths
It is necessary to prepare statistical reports according to the form in Guidance No. 05-HD/UBKTTW, dated April 17, 2012, of the Central Inspection Commission on Guidance for Implementing Regulation 55.
- Limitations, shortcomings, and causes in implementing Regulation 55:- Limitations and shortcomings- Causes of limitations and shortcomings- Lessons learned from implementing Regulation 55- Some solutions for better implementing the amended and supplemented Regulation 55 in the future and suggestions, recommendations- Solutions for implementation in the coming time- Suggestions, recommendations on what and which contents need to be amended and supplemented in Regulation 55? Why must this content be amended and supplemented?

Reports from units should be sent to the Central Inspection Commission (through the Research Department, Central Inspection Commission) before April 20, 2017.
