The Ministry of Finance approves Decision 1043/QD-BTC to announce a series of administrative procedures (AP) that can be executed through public postal services under the management of the Ministry of Finance.

There are 105 administrative procedures (TTHC) that can be received and processed through public postal services. Among them are:
8 administrative procedures in the field of taxation, such as:
- Registration for the exam to obtain a tax procedure service practice certificate;- Registration for the issuance of a tax procedure service practice certificate;- Personal income tax declaration for individuals with income from salaries and wages to be declared directly with the tax authority;- Certification of taxes paid in Vietnam for foreign residents;- Registration of business activities for tax procedure services for tax agents;- Notification of changes in the list of tax agent employees;- Initial tax registration for taxpayers being households, groups of individuals, or individual businesses;- Initial tax registration for taxpayers being households, groups of individuals, or individual businesses registered through tax declaration forms who do not have a tax code.
14 administrative procedures in the field of Customs. For example:
- Procedures for certifying the fulfillment of tax obligations;- Procedures for tax exemption for special-use imported goods directly serving security and defense; Local budget-funded goods are only considered for tax exemption if they cannot be produced domestically;- Procedures for tax exemption for imported goods serving scientific research, education, and training;- Procedures for extending the payment of taxes, late payment fines, and penalties;- Procedures for gradual payment of tax debts.
05 administrative procedures in the field of Securities. For example:
- Issuance of a securities practice certificate;- Re-issuance of a securities practice certificate in the case it has been revoked;- Re-issuance of a securities practice certificate in the case it is lost, damaged, or personal information has been changed;- Registration to provide online securities trading services;- Registration to provide margin trading services.
And 78 administrative procedures in the field of Finance in general. For example:
- Issuance of a certificate of eligibility for business appraisal services;- Registration for the exam to obtain the price appraiser card;- Registration for annual knowledge updating for auditors registered to practice auditing;- Registration for amendments to the Accounting Regime;- Registration for the initial exam to obtain the auditor certificate, accounting practice certificate.
