This is the directive content of the Government of Vietnam's Office at Official Dispatch 1425/VPCP-KSTT implementing Decision 45/2016/QD-TTg on the receipt of applications and the return of results for administrative procedures (TTHC) through public postal services.

To best serve the public and businesses in receiving and resolving administrative procedures (TTHC) via postal services, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh requires the implementation of the following key tasks:
- Actively propagandize and disseminate through various forms for organizations and individuals to clearly understand and use the service of receiving and returning results of resolving TTHC via postal services;- In the first quarter of 2018:
- Complete the standardization, update, and publicize TTHC within the scope of publication and publicity on the national database of TTHC;- Clearly detail the fee and charge rates for each TTHC that is processed for receiving dossiers and returning results via postal services;- Strengthen the connection of information systems to bring higher efficiency in the process of resolving TTHC for the public and businesses;- Train postal staff to receive dossiers and return results of resolving TTHC to ensure the best service, meeting the needs of individuals and organizations.
