Suspension of driving licenses is a penalty that suspends the use of driving licenses for violations against the regulations on road traffic rules in Vietnam. From 2020, operators of motorcycles and mopeds who commit any of the following 53 violations may have their driving licenses revoked for a period from 01 to 24 months (depending on the nature and severity of the violation).

Decree 100/2019/ND-CP stipulates 53 violations subject to suspension of driving licenses of operators of motorcycles and mopeds in Vietnam:
