to ensure security, order, and traffic safety during the time the Vietnam U23 football team competes in the final match and welcomes the U23 team back to the country, the Prime Minister requests:
- The Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Information and Communications, Chairmen of the People's Committees of centrally-run provinces and cities
- Direct the police force to closely coordinate with traffic inspectors and relevant functional forces to enhance the implementation of measures to ensure security, order, and traffic safety;- Organize and guide the public's cheering and support activities before, during, and after the final match between Vietnam U23 and Uzbekistan U23, including the welcoming and congratulating ceremony for the Vietnam U23 team at My Dinh Stadium, ensuring safety and healthiness, promptly detecting, preventing, and strictly handling acts that cause loss of security, order, traffic safety, illegal racing and organizing of illegal races, excessive and inappropriate cheering behaviors, contrary to cultural traditions;- The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism closely coordinates with the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Committee of Hanoi City, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Vietnam Football Federation, and relevant agencies to organize the activities of welcoming and congratulating the Vietnam U23 team in Hanoi in a thoughtful manner, ensuring safety.
