08 templates for bidding documents for selecting contractors online from September 1, 2020

According to Clause 4, Article 1, Circular 05/2020/TT-BKHDT, Clause 8 has been added to regulate Template 08: The template for bidding documents applicable to non-consulting service packages organized for wide-area online bidding under a one-stage two-envelope method, added after Clause 7, Article 4 of Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT. Specifically, as follows:

Article 1. Amend and supplement several details of Circular 04/2017/TT-BKHDT dated November 15, 2017 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, detailing the selection of contractors via the National Bidding Network system as follows:

1. Add Clause 8 to Article 4 as follows:

“Template 08: The template for bidding documents applicable to non-consulting service packages organized for wide-area online bidding under a one-stage two-envelope method.” Template 08 is attached as an appendix to this Circular.

Hence, from September 1, 2020, there will be a total of 08 templates for bidding documents for selecting contractors online, specifically including:

1. Template 01: The template for bidding documents applicable to small-scale construction packages organized for wide-area online bidding, competitive offers via a one-stage one-envelope method.

2. Template 02: The template for bidding documents applicable to small-scale goods procurement packages organized for wide-area online bidding, competitive offers via a one-stage one-envelope method.

3. Template 03: The template for bidding documents applicable to small-scale non-consulting service packages organized for wide-area online bidding, competitive offers via a one-stage one-envelope method.

4. Template 04: The template for bidding documents applicable to construction packages organized for wide-area online bidding via a one-stage two-envelope method.

5. Template 05: The template for bidding documents applicable to goods procurement packages organized for wide-area online bidding via a one-stage two-envelope method.

6. Template 06: The template for bidding documents applicable to consulting service provision packages organized for wide-area online bidding.

7. Template 07: The template for bidding documents applicable to packages organized for competitive offers via a simplified process.

8. Template 08: The template for bidding documents applicable to non-consulting service packages organized for wide-area online bidding via a one-stage two-envelope method.
