Electronic announcement is an announcement to inform everyone about a company's information. The notice includes details about the company's name, address, business activities, charter capital, etc. Below is a guide on how to look up and download a company's electronic announcements.

Step 1: Log in to the electronic announcement section
Log in via the link: http://bocaodientu.dkkd.gov.vn to access the Electronic Announcement section on the National Business Registration Portal, accessing the interface as shown below.

Step 2: Log in
Select the login button, then enter the Username and Password information => Select Login. In case you are a new user, select Create a new account => enter information
=> Log in with the newly created account.

Step 3: Enter the enterprise code and search
Enter the enterprise code into the search box => Select Search.
Then, click on the enterprise you want to view the announcement for.

Step 4: View announcement
Access the enterprise information window, select the Electronic Announcement or Product List section to view the announcement. If you select Electronic Announcement, continue to select the Product Order to view the product list.

In the current product list, select Publish business registration information.

Select the announcement and view the information in the announcement according to the posted list as shown below.

Step 5: Download announcement
Select the announcement you want to view => Select Add to order.

Select view order to enter the list of selected orders.

Click Next to go to the next window.

Continue selecting Next to proceed to the next window.

Select OK to complete.

Click on Accept Terms and Conditions => Confirm afterward

Click on the PDF File to download and view the announcement content.
