- Recently, the Minister of Finance of Vietnam signed and promulgated Circular 23/2019/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 218/2016/TT-BTC dated November 10, 2016 of the Minister of Finance prescribing the rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of appraisal fees for conditions in the field of security; examination fees for issuing security professional certificates; licensing fees for managing fireworks; licensing fees for managing weapons, explosives, and supporting tools.
