Which types of reports must the Market Management Agency prepare?

According to the regulations in Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT, the Department of Market Management, Sub-Department of Market Management, and Market Management Teams are responsible for preparing the following types of reports:

1. Periodic Reports:

   - Weekly report.- Monthly report.- Quarter I report.- First half-year report.

2. Quarter III Report:

   - Annual report.

3. Ad hoc Report.

4. Thematic Report.

In addition, Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT also stipulates the contents of the reports of the Department of Market Management, Sub-Department of Market Management, and Market Management Teams:

- Periodic reports are specified in report formats from Appendix I to Appendix V.- Ad hoc reports as specified in Appendix VI; applied when required by the superior head of the Market Management Agency or when there are unusual market developments or important incidents related to market management within the responsibilities of the Sub-Department of Market Management and Market Management Teams.- Thematic reports are applied to emerging issues in the market or tasks as required by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Department of Market Management. The contents of the thematic reports are specified by the Director of the Department of Market Management and the Chief of the Sub-Department of Market Management for each specific theme.

Thus, the Department of Market Management, Sub-Department of Market Management, and Market Management Teams are responsible for fully preparing the four types of reports mentioned above.
