Which Information Is Available for Free on the National Database of Science and Technology?

Circular 10/2017/TT-BKHCN has been issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology regulating the construction, management, exploitation, use, maintenance, and development of the national database on science and technology.

According to Circular 10, all organizations and individuals have the right to access and use free of charge the following information on the National Database on Science and Technology:

- List of science and technology organizations, science and technology enterprises;- Bibliographic information on: science and technology tasks; scientific and technological documents; intellectual property information; information on standards, measurement, and quality;- Aggregated statistical data on science and technology;- Aggregated information on technology, high technology, and technology transfer in Vietnam;- Information on science and technology in the region and around the world.
