Where to study for teacher training class at college or intermediate level in Vietnam?

According to Article 7 of Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGDĐT of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam, location for training place for teacher training at college and intermediate level is stipulated as follows:

- The location of the training in the form of regular training, the form of work-by-learning is conducted at the teacher training institution or at the branch of the teacher training institution that is in charge of implementing the teacher training program; in which, the teacher training institution may organize teaching outside the scope of the teacher training institution on the contents of security - national defense, physical education, and the contents of practice and practice on the basis of training quality assurance.

- The final exam of the theory course and the final exam of theory subjects must be conducted at a teacher training institution; the final exam with both theory and practice, professional practice, graduation practice, and graduation exam for professional practice subjects may only be conducted outside the teacher training institution in case the training institution teachers do not ensure the conditions of physical facilities to perform at teacher training institutions.

- In case of organizing joint training to organize training in the form of work-by-learning, classes can be placed outside the teacher training institution, in which the teacher training institution and related units must perform full contents as prescribed in Article 49 of the Regulation promulgated together with Circular No. 24/2019/TT-BGDĐT.
