Below is important content mentioned by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT stipulating the reporting policies of Market Surveillance Force in Vietnam.
Currently, the updating of data related to reporting activities through the electronic reporting system of the Market Surveillance force in Vietnam must be conducted regularly and continuously. The data updates are carried out based on the principle that all activities arising during market surveillance must be updated within 48 hours after they occur, except in cases of force majeure.

The data transfer times for the reporting period of market surveillance forces are guided in Clause 3, Article 10 of Circular 41/2013/TT-BCT as follows:

- Weekly reports must be transferred at 3:00 PM every Friday; - Monthly reports must be transferred at 4:00 PM on the 20th of every month; - Quarterly reports must be transferred at 4:00 PM on the 20th day of the last month of the quarter; - Semi-annual reports must be transferred at 4:00 PM on June 20; - Annual reports must be transferred at 4:00 PM on December 20. |
