This content is detailed in Circular 25/2016/TT-BCT stipulating the transmission power system.
According to Circular 25/2016/TT-BCT, depending on each case, there will be different voltage fluctuation levels. To be specific:
- Voltage fluctuation at the connection point on the transmission grid caused by fluctuating loads shall not exceed 2.5% of the nominal voltage and must be within the allowable operating voltage range for each voltage level.- In the case of manually switching the under-load tap changer, the voltage fluctuation at the connection point with the load shall not exceed the voltage adjustment value of the under-load tap changer of the transformer.- The maximum allowable voltage adjustment for each instance is 5% of the nominal voltage, provided the voltage adjustment does not cause damage to equipment on the transmission system and Customer's equipment using the transmission grid.
Refer to the neutral grounding policies at Circular 25/2016/TT-BCT, effective from February 16, 2017.
