In Article 10 of the Draft Circular, regulations are provided regarding the content of the Vocational education teachers conference as follows:

- Educators participating in the Conference will present one lesson (theory, practice, or integrated). The content of the lesson is chosen by the educator from the subjects or modules they are assigned to teach. The duration for presenting a theoretical lesson is 45 minutes; for a practical lesson (initial guidance part) it is 60 minutes; and for an integrated lesson it is 60 minutes.

- For the Conference at the institutional and provincial levels, presentations will include all three types of lessons: theory, practice, and integrated; for the national-level Conference, one can choose from the forms of presenting a theoretical, practical, or integrated lesson, or combine these types to suit each Conference session.

Additionally, the Draft also outlines the learners involved in the Vocational education teachers conference as follows:

- For the institutional-level Conference: Educators will present their lesson to real learners;

- For the provincial-level and national-level Conference: Educators will present their lesson to real learners or role players (assuming the role of learners).

Note: For the provincial-level and national-level Conference, depending on the actual conditions, activities such as exchanges, sharing of teaching experiences; scientific symposiums on vocational education; exhibitions of training equipment and other activities can be organized.
