Vietnam: When must photocopying service establishments carry out the procedures for re-grant of printing licenses?

This content is specified in the Decree No. 60/2014/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government on printing.

According to the Decree No. 60/2014/NĐ-CP of Vietnam’s Government, printing establishments and photocopying service establishments operating before November 01, 2014 shall carry out the procedures for re-grant of printing licenses; and complete the operation registration and declaration under the following provisions:

cap lai giay phep, photocopy, nghi dinh 60/2014/NĐ-CP

- Printing establishments that possess printing licenses shall carry out the procedures for re-grant of licenses by November 1, 2015, at the latest;

- Printing establishments that are not required to possess printing licenses and photocopying service establishments shall complete the operation registration and declaration by November 1, 2015, at the latest.

Pending the implementation of procedures for re-grant of printing licenses, the operation registration and declaration, printing or photocopying service establishments may continue their operations.

Printing establishments prescribed above must meet the operation conditions of printing establishments, excluding the ground condition prescribed at Point c, Clause 1, Article 11 of this Decree.
