Vietnam: The amount of fee for issuance of a declaration of conformity is VND 150,000

This is a notable content specified in Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam on amounts, collection, payment, and management of fees for issuance of declarations of conformity.

According to Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, the amount of fee for issuance of a declaration of conformity is VND 150,000.

Moreover, statement and payment for fees for issuance of declarations of conformity are guided by Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam as follows:

- Payment time is the time of application for issuance of a declaration of conformity.

- The collecting authority shall make monthly and annual statements and pay fees as prescribed in Clause 3 Article 19 and Clause 2 Article 26 of Circular No. 156/2013/TT-BTC.

Also according to Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC, any quality control agency competent to issue declarations of conformity shall be the collecting authority.
