Vietnam: Statement and payment for fees for issuance of declarations of conformity

On November 08, 2016, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC on amounts, collection, payment, and management of fees for issuance of declarations of conformity.

Statement and payment for fees for issuance of declarations of conformity are guided by Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam as follows:

- Payment time is the time of application for issuance of a declaration of conformity prescribed in Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC.

- The collecting authority shall make monthly and annual statements and pay fees as prescribed in Clause 3 Article 19 and Clause 2 Article 26 of Circular No. 156/2013/TT-BTC on guidelines for the Law on Tax administration; Law on amendments to the Law on Tax administration and the Decree No. 83/2013/ND-CP.

Also according to Circular No. 183/2016/TT-BTC, the amount of fee for issuance of a declaration of conformity is VND 150,000.
