Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH issued by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs of Vietnam stipulates the minimum knowledge volume and competency requirements that learners must achieve upon graduation from intermediate and college levels in health and social service sectors, effective from February 10, 2019.
Vietnam: Skills of graduates of Drug Testing Techniques (Level 4 of VQF)
According to the Regulations on the Minimum Knowledge Volume, Competence Requirements that Learners Must Achieve After Graduating from Intermediate and College Levels in Drug Testing Techniques , issued together with Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum skills that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in Drug Testing Techniques in Vietnam are as follows:
- Collect, preserve, and store inspection samples according to the correct procedure;
- Check the conditions for drug inspection work;
- Prepare several standard solutions, stock solutions, and reagents conformably;
- Inspect chemicals, materials, and raw materials for production;
- Operate drug inspection equipment according to the correct procedure;
- Perform the correct drug inspection procedure;
- Analyze to determine the correct results and record them in the inspection report;
- Conduct inspection procedures for the production environment and waste;
- Perform labor safety conformably;
- Have skills in returning and storing inspection results;
- Use basic information technology as prescribed; apply information technology in some specialized tasks of the profession;
- Use basic foreign language skills, achieved at level 1/6 in the Vietnam Foreign Language Proficiency Framework; apply the foreign language in some specialized tasks of the profession.
