Vietnam: Responsibilities of graduates of Drug Testing Technology (level 4 of VQF)

According to the regulations on the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must acquire after graduating from intermediate and college levels in the drug testing techniques profession, issued together with Circular 54/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, the minimum degree of autonomy and responsibility that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in drug testing techniques in Vietnam is as follows:

- Ability to work independently or organize teamwork;

- Take responsibility for their work results before the leadership of agencies, organizations, enterprises;

- Ability to handle work in changing conditions.

Additionally, after graduation, learners have the competency to meet the requirements at job positions in the profession, including:

- Managing testing samples;

- Drug testing;

- Supervising the drug manufacturing process (GMP).

Moreover, with the minimum amount of knowledge and competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level in drug testing techniques, they can continue to develop at higher levels; graduates have the capacity for self-learning, self-updating scientific and technological advancements within the profession to improve their level or pursue higher education in the same profession, group of professions, or related field of training.
