On December 08, 2017, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam issued Circular 56/2017/TT-BTNMT detailing the application of norms in the establishment of cadastral maps at various levels.

Circular 56 stipulates the standard rates for different fragment sizes calculated based on the coefficients specified in the following table:

For the standard rate for new establishment (or reprinting with modifications) of district-level administrative maps (type 1 difficult areas), it is stipulated for districts with fewer than 35 communes, the standard rate for districts with 35 communes or more is calculated at 1.20 times the stipulated rate.

At the same time, Circular 56 also specifies the standard rate for the actual printing step of the printing and map production stages, with a provision for an initial print run of 300 sheets/fragment. When the print run changes, the rate is recalculated proportionally.
