Vietnam: Job opportunities for graduates of Artificial Plywood Production Technology (level 4 of VQF)

As stipulated in the regulation on the minimum knowledge volume, the competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating from the intermediate level, and college level in the field of artificial plywood production technology, issued under Circular 46/2018/TT-BLDTBXH, it is prescribed that after graduating from the college level in artificial plywood production technology, learners must satisfy the competencies required for the following job positions in the industry:

- Quality inspection of products at artificial plywood production enterprises;

- Organizing the production and business of artificial plywoods;

- Guiding the workers in artificial plywood production for new employees or those with lower professional skills;

- Selecting, preparing materials for producing artificial plywoods such as particle plywood, fiberplywood, plywood, and blockplywood.

Additionally, the regulation also outlines the learning and competence enhancement capabilities for learners as follows:

- The minimum knowledge volume, competency requirements that learners must achieve after graduating in artificial plywood production technology at the college level can be further developed to higher levels;

- Graduates are capable of self-learning, self-updating the technological advancements in the industry to enhance their qualifications or transfer to a higher level within the same industry group or field of training.
