Vietnam: Costs of occupational safety management

Circular No. 04/2017/TT-BXD, which was issued on March 30, 2017 by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, specifies costs of occupational safety management.

According to Circular No. 04/2017/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam, the costs of occupational safety management include costs of:

- Proposing and taking technical safety measures;

- Provision of occupational safety training; dissemination of information about occupational safety;

- Personal protective equipment for employees;

- Fire safety work;

- Dangerous factor and harmful factor prevention and working environment improvement;

- Response to occupational accidents and emergencies;

- Inspection of occupational safety carried out by the specialized construction authorities.
