Two Forms of Organizing Emulation Movements in Banks

Accordingly, Circular 08 stipulates the forms of organizing emulation movements in the bank, including:

Regular emulation is a form of emulation based on the assigned functions and tasks of the collective or individual to organize the launch, aiming to perform well the daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly work of the agency, organization, or unit. The objects of regular emulation are individuals within a collective, collectives within the same agency, organization, or unit, or between agencies, organizations, or units with similar functions, tasks, and nature of work.

- The organization of regular emulation movements must clearly define the purpose, requirements, goals, specific targets and be implemented in the agency, organization, unit, or according to the Emulation Block, Cluster to launch the emulation movement and sign the emulation agreement. At the end of the working year, the heads of agencies, organizations, units, Heads of the Emulation Blocks, and Clusters shall summarize and evaluate the emulation titles.

Themed emulation (or according to phase) is a form of emulation aimed at well-performing the key tasks or a field that needs concentration determined within a certain period or organizing emulation to strive to complete the key, unexpected, urgent tasks of the agency, organization, or unit. Units only launch themed emulation (or according to phase) when the time, purpose, requirements, targets, content, and implementation solutions have been clearly defined.

- Themed emulation is organized within the banking sector. When summarizing the emulation movement from 03 years or more, the unit selects collectives or individuals with outstanding achievements for commendation or proposes the highest commendation as "Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister the Government of Vietnam"; from 05 years or more, the highest commendation proposed is "Third-class Labor Medal."
