Time for Receiving Commendation Nomination Dossiers in Banking Activities

Accordingly, Circular 08 stipulates the annual timeframe for receiving award proposals as follows:

- For awards under the authority of the Governor: submissions are due by February 28 annually. The educational sector receives submissions by August 15 annually.

For state-level awards:

- Emulation flag of the Government of Vietnam: submissions are due by February 28 annually;- National emulation soldier, certificates of merit from the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam, medals, and orders of various types and classes: submissions are due by March 15 annually;- Education sector: submissions are due by August 15 annually;- Labor Hero: evaluations are conducted every 5 years on the occasion of the National Patriotic Emulation Congress at different levels, except for cases of outstanding and extraordinary achievements;- People's Teacher, Meritorious Teacher, Ho Chi Minh Prize, and State Prize: implemented according to the regulations of the competent State Authority.

For awards under the authority of unit heads: the unit heads are responsible for setting the regulations.

Additionally, Circular 08 also stipulates that for extraordinary awards, submissions should be made immediately after the collective or individual has achieved extraordinary accomplishments.

For specialized awards, submissions should be made immediately after the conclusion of the program or specialized work.

Awards for contributions are stipulated by Circular 08, with submissions due 6 months before the retirement of officials. For retired officials, submissions are due by March 15 annually.
