This is one of the responsibilities for managing, operating, and exploiting the Database information of the Ministry of Finance stipulated in Circular 149/2015/TT-BTC, which regulates the management, use, and exploitation of asset management software for centralized rural clean water supply projects.
The Ministry of Finance has the following primary responsibilities:
- Preside and cooperate with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to complete the content and procedures for managing assets, which are centralized rural clean water supply works, in accordance with the law on the management and use of state assets;- Ensure the infrastructural and material conditions for the organization to implement safe and secure management and operation of the Database on state assets, which are centralized rural clean water supply works;- Issue accounts for administrators and users of the Software as requested by the Department of Finance of provinces and centrally-run cities. Implement access permission for individuals who have been issued accounts;- Guide, inspect, urge, and evaluate the update of information into the Database on state assets, which are centralized rural clean water supply works of localities, as prescribed by the law on the management and use of state assets;- Administer, operate, and exploit information from the Database on state assets, which are centralized rural clean water supply works, to serve the state management of state assets.
