Circular 35/2015/TT-BCA stipulates the emulation flags of the General Department in the People's Public Security, including the following 02 types:
- "Emulation Flag of the General Department of Political Security of the People's Public Security" awarded to grassroots units under the Provincial and Municipal Police Departments directly under central authority, Provincial and Municipal Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Departments directly under central authority, and units directly under the Ministry in the summary of the emulation movement "For National Security" (Form No. 04).- "Emulation Flag of the Mobile Police Command" awarded to grassroots units directly under in the summary of the emulation movement "For National Security" (Form No. 05).
Additionally, the form and content on the emulation flags of the General Department are stipulated as follows:
Form: rectangular shape, dimensions 750mm in length, 550mm in width, made of double-layer red satin fabric. The flag is embroidered with yellow thread, uppercase letters, upright and bold font; the font style and size depend on the content of the embroidery to be adjusted accordingly, ensuring beauty and solemnity.
Embroidered content:
- First line: embroidered name of the unit awarding the flag (uppercase letters, upright and bold font);- Second line: embroidered word "AWARD" (uppercase letters, upright and bold font);- Under the second line, a five-pointed yellow star is embroidered in the center;- Under the yellow star, the name of the unit receiving the flag is embroidered (uppercase letters, upright and bold font);- Under the unit name, the achievement content is embroidered: "OUTSTANDING UNIT IN THE EMULATION MOVEMENT 'FOR NATIONAL SECURITY' AT GRASSROOTS LEVEL YEAR", the year is recorded as the year the unit's achievements are recognized by the flag award (uppercase letters, upright and bold font).
