Tasks to be Carried Out After Being Admitted to the Formal Education Sector

Circular 05/2017/TT-BGDDT was issued by the Ministry of Education and Training regarding the Regulations on Regular University Admissions; Regular College Admissions for Teacher Training Majors. Circular 05 replaces Circular 03/2016/TT-BGDDT.

Candidates admitted to regular universities and colleges specializing in teacher education must submit a valid copy of the following documents:

- Academic transcript;- Provisional high school graduation certificate for those admitted in the same year as graduation or high school diploma for those who graduated in previous years;- Birth certificate;- Proofs for priority policies as stipulated in the guiding documents of the Ministry of Education and Training;- Admission notice.

Note: For candidates arriving at school 15 days or more after the admission date stated in the admission notice:

- Without a valid reason, they will be considered as having dropped out;- If the delay is due to illness, accident (with a verification letter from a district hospital or higher) or a natural disaster (with certification from the District People's Committee or higher), their admission will be considered, or their admission results will be deferred.
