Support for Transportation Costs for Logistics Service Ships

To be specific:, the policy supporting the transportation costs of goods is stipulated in Circular 117/2014/TT-BTC as follows:

- Beneficiaries: owners of offshore fishery logistics service boats.- Support level and maximum number of supported trips per year are specified at point a, Clause 2 Article 7 of Decree 67/2014/ND-CP.- Conditions for support:

- Offshore fishery logistics service boats with a total main engine capacity of 400CV or more that are members of groups, teams, cooperatives, or fishery enterprises.- Registered offshore fishery logistics service boats that regularly operate in offshore fishery logistics services with the Commune People’s Committee where registered or residing or with competent State authorities and are on the list of offshore fishery logistics service boats approved by the Provincial People’s Committee.- A confirmation of the offshore fishery logistics service boat’s operation from the military unit stationed on the island near the fishing ground or a position confirmation of the offshore fishery logistics service boat via the satellite positioning monitoring system (GPS) from functional agencies.- Confirmation from the offshore fishery boat owner (boat number, buyer’s name, quantity of each type of goods purchased).- Recording and submitting trip logs of the service boat for each fishing trip to the State management agency on fishery exploitation at the place of registration or residence.
