Students Under the Influence of Alcohol or Beer Will Not Be Allowed to Attend Classes

This is one of the regulations regarding student behaviors that are prohibited as mentioned in Circular 10/2016/TT-BGDDT issued by the Ministry of Education and Training on April 5, 2016.

Circular 10 stipulates that students are not permitted to do the following:

- Insult the dignity, honor, or infringe upon the physical body of educators, administrative staff, public employees, personnel, learners of the higher education institution, and others.- Commit fraud in studying, testing, or exams such as: cheating, bringing materials into the exam room, asking for marks; studying, taking exams, practicing, or doing shifts for others or asking others to study, take exams, practice, or do shifts; copying, asking for or doing essays, projects, or dissertations for others; organizing or participating in organizing the taking of exams for others or other fraudulent acts.- Smoke, drink alcohol or beer on school grounds; come to class intoxicated by alcohol or beer.- Organize or participate in illegal gatherings, protests, or complaints; engage in social evils, disrupt security and order in the higher education institution or in society.- Organize or participate in illegal racing or supporting illegal racing.- Organize or participate in gambling in any form.- Produce, trade, transport, disseminate, store, use, or entice others to use weapons, explosives, narcotics, prohibited pharmaceuticals, chemicals; banned materials, publications, or reactionary, obscene information and other prohibited materials as prescribed by the State; organize, participate, spread superstitious activities, religious activities within the higher education institution and other unethical behaviors.- Establish or participate in unlawful political activities; organize or participate in collective activities in the name of the higher education institution without the permission of the head of the higher education institution.- Post, comment, or share articles, images of vulgar, violent, obscene content, infringing upon national security, opposing the Communist Party and the State, distorting, slandering, insulting the reputation of organizations, honor, and dignity of individuals on the Internet.- Organize or participate in other activities violating the law.
