Circular 08/2018/TT-BCA on the guidance of Decree 83/2017/ND-CP stipulating the rescue and firefighting activities of the fire prevention and fighting force, issued on March 05, 2018. Notably, this document includes provisions on statistics and reporting on rescue activities.
To be specific:, according to the content of Circular 08/2018/TT-BCA, these regulations are as follows:
* Statistics on rescue and salvage, include:
- Statistics on the number of inspections, propaganda, training, professional training, and handling of violations related to fire prevention, fighting, rescue, and salvage;- List of officials, members of the civil defense team, members of the local fire prevention and fighting team, and members of the specialized fire prevention and fighting team;- Statistics on rescue and salvage equipment and tools;- Statistics on study time, practice plans for rescue and salvage; on the number of rescue and salvage incidents, rescue and salvage operations, and other related contents;- Statistics on the number of training sessions on rescue and salvage participated by officials, members of the civil defense team, members of the local fire prevention and fighting team, and members of the specialized fire prevention and fighting team.
* Reports on rescue and salvage, include:
- Reports on incidents and accidents;- Periodic reports on rescue and salvage work (06 months, 01 year);- Preliminary and final reports on specialized topics regarding rescue and salvage work.
The statistics and reports on rescue and salvage shall be conducted in conjunction with statistics and reports on fire prevention and fighting. Periodic statistics and reports on rescue and salvage must be sent to the directly managing superior agency or organization.
In case there are changes related to ensuring safety in preventing incidents and accidents of an agency or organization, that agency or organization must promptly notify the directly managing Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police agency.
