Circular 26/2018/TT-BYT was issued by the Ministry of Health on October 25, 2018, stipulating specific standards required for lecturers in medical training.

Accordingly, Circular 26 stipulates that lecturers must meet the standards for lecturers in the training and retraining of officials and public employees as prescribed by law.
